To create red fish culinary masterpieces, we use only the best Norwegian salmon, which feeds on the most suitable food for its species.

After three years in icy waters of the Norway fjords, fish reaches the ideal weight – from 5 to 6 kg. After catching, chilled fish immediately goes to us for production. It takes 7 days as a maximum, from the moment of catching to the final product.

The taste of our salmon is the epitome of tenderness and bliss. It has several steps of flavor disclosure. The first step is a burst of emotions received from the delicate creamy taste. Then, it replaced by the deep velvety taste of steamed salmon. Finally, a subtle flavor of noble smoke completes the composition. As a result, we have an ideal product created by a master of his craft.
